Over the years, we’ve developed close ties with other title companies across the country that also use the ResWare system and we share many of the same software needs. We empathize with them since we too struggled to provide our customers with the tools they needed, especially before we had the ability to establish a development team of our own.
Now, our goal is to provide these same tools to other title companies like us. We strive to provide every title company with the same access to a highly functional suite of tools that will empower their agency to compete with the big players for a fraction of the cost of internal development. It’s our belief that no title company should be forced to pay high licensing fees to a large software company to meet the needs of their agents, lenders and consumers.
